Hot Copy Paste 5.1 has been released

• New: Added an ability to move groups of favorite fragments.
• Fixed: Date of fragments in the clipboard manager was saved incorrectly with a 12-hour time format.
• Fixed: Sometimes Drag&Drop did not work in the clipboard manager after the program was restarted.
• Some other bugfixes and improvements.
